1. What is Battle Foam Arena?
Battle Foam Arena is a mobile Nerf battle experience that brings high-energy fun to your location. We provide Nerf blasters, foam darts, obstacles, and game modes for an exciting and safe event.

2. What age groups is Battle Foam Arena suitable for?
Our events are designed for ages 6 and up. We customize the experience based on age and skill level to ensure everyone has a great time.

3. Where do you operate?
We are a mobile service and can set up at parks, backyards, gyms, or other large indoor and outdoor spaces. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.

4. How long does a Battle Foam Arena event last?
Standard gameplay events are 60/90/120 minutes long, not including setup and wrap-up. Longer events can be arranged upon request.

5. What do I need to provide for the event?
You provide the space, and we bring everything else! We recommend an open area at least 30x50 feet for optimal gameplay. The space should be a flat, level surface—free of major slopes, bumps, holes, or obstacles—so players can run, dodge, and move safely. Grass or turf work best, as long as the ground is even and clear of debris.

6. What if it rains on the day of my event?
We have a flexible Rain Date Policy in place. You can reschedule at no extra charge, move to an indoor location, or receive a credit for a future event.

7. How do I book an event?
Booking is easy! Contact us through our website, call, or email us to check availability and secure your event date.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, PayPal, and credit/debit cards through our online booking system.

9. Can adults participate in the battles?
Absolutely! Our events are fun for all ages, and we encourage parents, friends, and family to join in the action.

10. Do you offer themed events or custom game modes?
Yes! We can customize game modes, themes, and even team-based missions to match your event’s theme or special requests.

Rescheduling & Weather Policy
We understand that plans can change—especially due to unpredictable weather. Below is our clear and consistent policy for rescheduling or canceling events under all circumstances.

Standard Rescheduling

More than 12 Hours Notice:
You may reschedule your event at no charge if you notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled start time. -
6–12 Hours Notice:
You may reschedule for a $50 fee, subject to availability. -
Less than 6 Hours Notice (Same-Day):
You may reschedule for a $100 fee, subject to staff availability. Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Weather-Related Rescheduling
Planned Weather Issues (Forecasted in Advance)

If inclement weather is forecasted, you may reschedule at no charge as long as you confirm at least 12 hours before the event.

We will make a good-faith effort to contact you 24 hours in advance if severe weather is expected. However, we encourage you to check the forecast and reach out proactively.
Unpredictable Same-Day Weather Changes

If weather conditions deteriorate less than 6 hours before the event, you may reschedule at no charge, subject to Battle Foam Arena's discretion.

This exemption applies only to weather-related issues where safety or equipment would be compromised.
Indoor Location Option
If you have access to an indoor venue, we can move the event indoors at no additional cost. If you need help finding one, we’ll do our best to assist.
Cancellation Policy

12+ Hours Notice (Any Reason):
You may cancel for a full refund or credit. -
Less than 12 Hours Notice (Non-Weather):
Cancellation may result in forfeiture of the deposit or up to full charge, at our discretion.
Equipment & Safety Notes
Events cannot proceed in rain or wet conditions due to the sensitivity of our equipment. Final weather decisions are made at the discretion of Battle Foam Arena to ensure safety and quality.
